Homemade Chimichurri Recipe: Authentic Antioquian Flavor on your Table | Doña Rosa

¡Dear family! Today I bring you a very special recipe: my delicious homemade chimichurri. This dressing is perfect to accompany any kind of grilled meat and will give an authentic flavor to our typical dishes from Antioquia.


To make my chimichurri, you will need the following ingredients:


  • Fresh cilantro

  • Fresh parsley

  • Paprika

  • White and red onion

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Oil mestre oleo


First, finely chop the cilantro and parsley. Then, we will cut the white and red onion into small pieces and chop the garli.


In a large bowl, mix the cilantro, parsley, white and red onion, garlic and paprika. Next, season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add the mestre oleo oil and mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.


And that's it! Our homemade chimichurri is ready to enjoy. You can serve it with your favorite grilled meat dishes and I am sure you will love it. Enjoy it!
