    Right of the Holder to obtain at any time and without restrictions, information about the existence of data that concerns him.

  • Access and restricted circulation: the Processing of personal data may only be carried out by persons authorized by the Owner and/or by persons provided for in the Law.

  • Security: Personal Data subject to Treatment will be handled
    adopting all security measures that are necessary to
    prevent its loss, tampering, consultation, use or unauthorized access or
    fraudulent.

  • Confidentiality: all employees working in the
    Estadero y Asados Doña Rosa SAS are obliged to keep a reserve
    about the personal information to which they have access on the occasion of their work in THE COMPANY.
